We love highlighting the great work cooperatives are doing in the Carolinas! This award honors an organization in North Carolina that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the cooperative principles and practices - making a significant impact within their cooperative or community. The recipient embodies the values of cooperation, education, and community improvement.
You may self nominate your organization or nominate another cooperative in the Carolinas. Please read the eligibility requirements carefully and submit the form completely to be considered.

Eligibility Requirements Include:
Cooperator of the Year – North Carolina
This award honors an organization in North Carolina that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to cooperative principles and practices, making a significant impact within their cooperative or community. The recipient should embody the values of cooperation, education, and community improvement.
Cooperator of the Year – South Carolina
This award honors an organization in South Carolina that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to cooperative principles and practices, making a significant impact within their cooperative or community. The recipient should embody the values of cooperation, education, and community improvement.
Emerging Cooperative of the Year
This award celebrates a cooperative in North or South Carolina established within the past three years that exemplifies the potential of the cooperative business model. The winning cooperative should demonstrate innovation, commitment to cooperative principles, and positive community impact. The winner will receive a free one-year membership to the Cooperative Council of the Carolinas.
Cooperative Leaders will receive an honorable plaque to proudly display and
the Emerging Cooperative Leader will receive a ONE YEAR CCC membership for FREE!
