Most years, this time of season means closing things out. This year, we're using it to set the tone for the one ahead.
The Cooperative Advantage Summit is a new two-day gathering built on Cooperative Principle 6, cooperation among cooperatives, bringing leaders and practitioners from across North and South Carolina into one room for real, cross-sector conversation. Not another round of panels to sit through, but two days built to leave you with something you can actually use.
Day One is for CEOs, Executive Directors, and senior leaders: an honest conversation about what cooperation gets us, and a working session that leaves every leader with a real plan in hand. Day Two is for practitioners and rising leaders: sector-specific roundtables followed by a closing session where cross-sector teams build a real 90-day roadmap together. Day One closes with The Gathering, an evening reception open to attendees from either day.
Whether you're a Council member, considering membership, or serving on our Board, you belong in this room. Cooperation among cooperatives works best when the table is full, and we'd love for you to have a seat at it.
