Cooperative Leadership Camp
Cooperative Leadership Camp, also known as CLC, is a summer camp for high school students ready to discover how they can make a difference in the world through cooperative business. Attendees learn about cooperatives, leadership, and team building while connecting with leaders from across the state!

At CLC, students engage in experiential learning, create real business and marketing plans, practice managing a real-life budget, identify and resolve real business challenges. Let’s not forget camp games and team-building activities! Campers learn about the co-op business model, co-op principles, leadership skills, teamwork, and more! Students even create their very own cooperative t-shirt business! This camp will leave students with lasting memories and motivation to make a positive difference in the world.

Join us in shaping the next generation of cooperative leaders and fostering positive change in our communities. Your support makes a lasting impact. This is more than 3 days of learning; it is a lifetime of benefits!
To Educate, Connect, and Promote Future Co-op Leaders
The cooperative business model is at the center of all we do at #CLC. Camp is sponsored by North Carolina cooperatives, which means it’s free to the selected students!
Cooperative Leadership Camp attendees are also eligible to apply for the $1,000 Jim Graham Leadership Scholarship during their senior year of high school.
